The eight astral essences are the basic constituents of life. Each AE is a representation of an idea that can be extracted from its surroundings, shaped into objects, infused into metal, shot from a very skilled set of fingertips, siphoned, filtered, and about a thousand other things. Each essence exists to fulfill a purpose.
